What makes Dan's a Hoosier classic?
Dan Fulton purchased the business in 1977, beginning his operation with two school buses that had been converted into kitchens. He was the only full-time employee and catered 80 fundraisers a year. Today, Dan’s son Adam is in charge of operations and school buses have been replaced with five trailers, each equipped with full kitchens.

We have worked with Dan’s Fish Fry as far back as the late 80’s. The Fultons really have an easy fundraising operation for organizations, as they come in and provide the main product (with ease). We concentrate on the rest of the program, for the enjoyment of all (no smell, great taste!) in less time. We get volunteers together for great fun, and it provides a terrific dining experience for all, with expected repetition. Like all fundraisers, it does require proper marketing and sales as well as workable facilities and volunteers!
