About Us

Dan Fulton purchased the business in 1977, beginning his operation with two school buses that had been converted into kitchens. At that time, he catered around 80 fundraisers with Dan as the only full time employee.

Now, 40 years later, the school buses have been replaced with five trailers, each equipped with full kitchens. Our calendar is filled with around 300 fundraisers and catered events and we now employ five full time and three part time team members.
